Is the license any good?

I don't really know a lot about software licenses, so I had it made on Fiverr.
The main thing I want to ensure with it is to keep it completely open for everyone, but only limiting commercial use (at least without me knowing).

So it would be nice if someone who knows a little more about licenses could have a look at it and tell me if it's fine or if there is maybe a better alternative.

If it is not good, maybe GNU General Public License v3.0 could be an alternative, but I'm not sure.
