Hashtags hyperlink in inline code blocks

**Describe the bug**
Inline codeblocks should bypass all formatting/md features

**To Reproduce**
Put the following in a md element:
```
`hello #bar`
```

**Expected behaviour**
To see the text literally written and not have `#bar` linked
