Carousel Issue

I have a adaptive card with version 1.6 which has suggested actions. It is printing fine at client side when we use the context.SendActivity(IActivity).

But the Adaptive card with version 1.6 having carousel type and a page inside is not being sent to client and I am getting the below error at context.SendActivity(IActivity).

Microsoft.Bot.Schema.ErrorResponseException: Operation returned an invalid status code 'BadRequest'

Can anyone help on this......
