Description
- QueryDocumentRequest::extract_result_json -- get rid of clone and parse DocumentAttributes adhoc while building new value.
- Rework responses to be thin wrappers around HTTP response, delaying actual parsing / processing of the response until it is actually requested by the user. Move to ref model instead of pre-emptively converting everything to owned.
