Weird things in phone tiers appear in ISCAN 'phone subset' view

In the 'phone subset' page from the enrichment view, the user is presented with all the phones from a corpus to choose from. This list is, I guess, automatically generated and can include some strange things. Those sometimes appear at the top of the list, before the phones, which can look confusing and it feels like they don't belong there.

Suggestion: From a user perspective, I think it would be ideal if those 'weird things' that are in some of the phone tiers don't actually show up in this list in ISCAN.
