Migrate HTML Editor to our own implementation #10
Description
Due to lack of time in our release plan, we are currently using CKEditor for editing textareas with HTML capabilities.
This should be changed as soon as there is enough time for continuing our own implementation.
Some groundwork has already been put into this, but it is far from complete.
