Channel Table Sets can't be paused or resized

Describe the defect
Table Sets can’t be paused anymore, and can’t be resized.

The underlying channel tables can, but the channel table set can’t.

Expected behavior

Steps to Reproduce(precondition)

1. Create a channel table set
2. add a channel table to the set
   2.a. repeat if desired for more channel tables

Steps To Reproduce (pause)

1. select realtime mode in time conductor
2. press the pause button (located in 3 dot menu of the view)
3. observe telemetry is not paused, but it should be

Steps To Reproduce (resize)

1. hover between columns and click and drag
