Screen is stuck at a screen stating "Starting the editor" for submitters #2752

Describe the bug
Some submitters have said they can't access the datasets in their drafts anymore because they get stuck at a loading screen stating "Starting the editor".
To Reproduce
There have been 2 tickets recently (Yokeley Ticket, Magen Ticket)
I've asked for help to access the console, but Magen was unable to, and I'm still waiting on Yokeley to respond.

I have tried editing my submission using Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, both not in a private window and in a private window. I have done this on both Windows 10 and Mac OS across two different internet sources. Nothing has worked.
