Screen is blank when submitters click their dataset draft

Describe the bug
There have been 2 datasets where the submitter is able to click their draft dataset, but they are then led to a blank screen that doesn't appear to be loading anything.

• Walker Ticket

I am asking if they are able to get to the edit page through a direct URL link.
They have permissions for metadata and resource map files.

Walker was able to enter his dataset through a direct link to the editing page: https://arcticdata.io/catalog/submit/urn%3Auuid%3Ae1d0f9f4-e625-4163-a81f-7b5514b27ec0

He said he made edits to his Abstract, but there is not a new version of his dataset.
