Error Logging #708
Description
This has come up in discussions before and was requested again by Torey.
Determine solution for:
- Database logging
- Network logging
- Error logging
- Rolling logs if they are out for a long time.
Tony's suggestion is to use OpenTelemetry as the base since it already supports a lot of service integrations. (Not quite sure what NOAA currently uses for logging)
