[Bug] Scheduled Backup Stopped or Paused Randomly #1010

- I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
- This issue contains only one bug.
Describe the bug
Scheduled Backup stopped or paused randomly.
Click on Notification Progress and Started the App in the Foreground the Backup resumed for random time before he stopped or paused again.
Or Removed the Notification by swiped. The Notification progress become again (sometimes) and resumed for random time before he stopped or paused again.
Expected Behavior
Completed Running Scheduled Backup include Background without stopped or paused like previous Versions
