NethLink & NethVoice CTI: caller name and queue badge truncated in Last calls #7760

Both NethVoice CTI and NethLink include a lateral panel showing recent calls. The layout is currently identical across the two products.
When a call belongs to a queue, a queue badge is displayed inline next to the caller name. If either the caller name or the queue name is long, both elements get truncated, making it difficult to read who called and from which queue.

We need to evaluate a different placement for the queue badge so that:

  • The caller name remains readable in most cases
  • The queue badge does not truncate excessively
  • The layout stays consistent across both products

Additionally, both panels should use the same section title: Last calls.
