Allow plugins to return multiple resources for a single attrset

This is useful for plugins like terraform where the plugin resource is only instantiated once but may manage multiple underlying resources.

It would be really nice if commands like `nixops info` could list these actual resources.

Note: This may also be implemented as a simple customisation to `nixops info`?
