Poisoning by fentanyl ICD codes to SNOMED mapping issue #759
Description
The ICD10CM T40.41x codes (Poisoning by fentanyl or fentanyl analogs) currently have a standard mapping to SNOMED concept 4159516 (Meperidine analog poisoning). Could this get updated so the standard mapping is 4157368, the SNOMED concept for Fentanyl poisoning?
