[Documentation]: Update Term Definitions on Intro Page #47

What could be improved?
Many of the definitions for the terms on the Introduction page could use some re-writing. Some definitions are either phrased in a way that makes them unclear, or are simply not entirely accurate.
Additionally, there is a Mechanism term but no Policy term. Since these terms go hand-in-hand, I think that adding a Policy term would be a good addition.
How could it be improved?
Some improvement suggestions might be to:
- Proof-read and update term definitions
- Add Policy term to compliment the Mechanism term
