Lacking any support organization, it is important for the success and reputation of the project and OS2 as organization to create a clear and realistic SLA document for the 0.9 release.

A suggestion for SLA document contents:

Service Level Agreement for Pre-Release Chat Service "os2samtale"

1. Service Description
   Pre-release Zulip-based chat service (v0.9), provided as-is with minimal resources.

2. Availability and Support

   Best-effort availability
   No dedicated support or maintenance
   Support resources:
   Users are encouraged to consult Zulip's extensive documentation available online for guidance.
   Community-driven support via GitHub Issues.

3. Issue Tracking

   Issues to be reported via GitHub Issues.
   No guaranteed review or response times.
   Community-driven issue triage and resolution.

4. User Responsibilities

   Consult Zulip documentation for assistance.
   Report issues through GitHub Issues.
   Use the service at their own risk.

5. Security

   Basic encryption implemented.
   No guarantees on data security or privacy.

6. Limitations

   No SLA guarantees.
   Service stability not assured.
   Features may change without notice.
