There has been an old Zulip Exporter, exposing metrics to Prometheus. We have taken over the project and updated it so it is secure and works with the latest release of Zulip:

Should we discuss how the observability data could be presented to more teams than your internal "infrastructure" team? E.g. a simple "status" page that is built upon certain collated metrics or log-entry queries?
