IRI for ontouml-models-[date].ttl on the web

FEATURE REQUEST: It would be very convenient to have the dump file ontouml-models-[date].ttl with an IRI on the web, just like http://purl.org/nemo/gufo#, which goes to a webpage that can be consumed directly.

This feature would facilitate program interaction with the catalog.
