[Feature Request]: Add a User Profile Page

Feature Description

The user profile page will have the all the details entered by the user while registering and a profile photo. This page will only be visible after logging in to the user's account.
Also the user can change their credentials from their profile page whenever they want and at the end there would be a logout option too.

Use Case

The login page redirects to the home page after logging in. There seems no difference on the site even after adding the account. This user profile page will ensure that the user is logged in and give them a better experience while surfing.

Benefits

-- Will ensure that the user is logged in.
-- Credentials could be viewed any moment by the user.
-- Easy logout option.
