Start Menu Button stays, when the toolbar is hiding

Describe the bug

Since I use the newer update of Windows 11, the start menu button stays, even when I hide the task bar (automatically). If I open the Start Menu with the Windows key or with a click, the button does not disappear.

Open Shell: 4.4.196
Windows version: 25H2 (build 26220.6683)

To reproduce

1 Start PC
2 the button is always there.

Expected behavior

the button disappears, when the tool bar is not visible

Any fix for this yet? Not only does my START button stay when hiding task bar, it's hovers over one of my taskbar icons. Also, I have always had the START button in the far left corner with the task icons in the center and I can't find the setting(s) to accomplish this anymore...
