Openshell menu does not seem to work on a touchscreen

Describe the bug

I mostly use Openshell on my desktop and notebook computers where I use a mouse, however I have one Windows 11 tablet that I use for a specific application and going back at least two or three versions I've noticed that when I'm connected by remote such at UltaVNC and I use the mouse to click the start button then the Openshell menu comes up; if however I use touch and tap the start button the Windows Start Menu comes up in place of the Openshell menu.

To reproduce

Install Openshell on a touchscreen capable computer and try touching the start menu button and instead of the Openshell menu coming up you will get the Windows Start Menu instead.

Expected behavior

That the Openshell menu should come up instead of the Windows Start Menu
