Describe the bug

I'm trying to load settings from an xml file, but when I click backup then "load from xml file" it doesn't do anything.

Area of issue

Windows Explorer

To reproduce

1. Open "Classic-Shell Explorer settings"
2. Click "Backup"
3. Click "Load from xml file"

Expected behavior

I expected it to allow me to browse the file explorer to configure settings from the xml file I choose.

4.4.196

Windows version

Windows 11 22H2

This would be the same issue as #2299.
I assume it started after Windows Update, right?

Not sure about that because I downgraded from 24H2 to 22H2
