Use case

We gonna add a boolean in the configuration to allow to enable the Aliases mechanism.
This one will be defaulted to False.

Like stated in the README, the various sources of the data on the GTI side, make the aliases less 'efficient' mostly if we enable the fetch of data other than the curated list.

So this boolean will be toggle by the user with knowledge that it could create some noise in relationships and alias grouping on OCTI.
