Game immediately crashes on launch with unhandled exception

Describe the bug
Following the standard Windows install instructions, launching with the launcher or standalone app results in the program immediately crashing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install REDRIVER2 following the instructions
2. Launch the program

The program should launch

I got the same error as you, and discovered that it requires OpenGL 3.1 to run. Honestly? It doesn't make much sense for a PS1 game to require version 3.1 of OpenGL, okay, that's fine for newer systems, but, I think if there was support for a Software renderer, Direct3D 9 or even a version of OpenGL 2.0, I'm sure the source port would be more compatible. Anyway, just my opinion. :)
