Enable sharing of specific actions #124
Description
Currently, social media share options (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus) are available for the whole tree (see http://urbanforestmap.org/trees/1833/ for example) but not for particular actions on the tree. It would be great if people had the option to share via social media when they fill out the following fields:
Actions
Alerts
Stewardship
