Allow for multi-word replace via strings

But instead look at not using arrays and perhaps pipe (or some similar regexp type expression) that is parsed. Delimiter param may be an option.

Could break this up into two functions. One for simple replace and one for multi-regex replace...

I think having oos_util_string.multi_replace(p_str, p_search_1, p_replace_1, p_search_2, p_replace_2 ... <up to 10>.

We can also over load this function with arrays so use: oos_util_string.multi_replace(p_str, p_search <oos_util.tab_vc2_arr>, p_replace <oos_util.tab_vc2_arr>)

One of these functions should call the other so that we have only one function that actually does the replacing.

Update: I'm having second thoughts on only one p_replace_str. I think we should consider the following changes:

• Having p_search_str and p_replace_str instead of just p_replace_str
• If p_replace_str doesn't have as many replacements as p_search_str then those extra ones are ignored.
• Overload the function for arrays to be passed in. See PR #134 new sprintf function allowing multiple key/value replacement #138 discussions. If we do this we may want to consider support for both associate arrays and nested tables (can always use the conversion utilities to wrap this all up (see oos_util.assoc_arr2nested_table.
