You need to enable the zip extension for Php. How you do this depends on your platform. In many distributions, you can uncomment a statement like:

;extension=zip

by removing the leading semicolon in php.ini. On some Linux systems, you might have to install it:

sudo apt install phpX.Y-zip

(where X.Y is your php extension.) And you may then have to enable it via:

    sudo phpenmod -v X.Y zip

Other systems may require different procedures.

Regardless, PhpSpreadsheet 1.14.1 is very far out of date, and, ditto if you are using a Php version < 8. PhpSpreadsheet 5.1.0 requires Php8.1+.
