eclipse-pst plugin installed invalid

i try to install this psde eclipse plugin in dvkit tool(linux version 2.0.1)， but not installed success,
would you install this plugin in your dvkit tool and then release a new version dvkit tool such as Windows/Linux 2.0.2 ？

There have been a few changes recently with where Eclipse plug-ins can be hosted. The new update site is:
http://psstools.github.io/eclipse-pst/update
Can you try installing from this update site?

this URL site http://psstools.github.io/eclipse-pst/update can not access for me, would you install it in a new version dvkit linux/window version and then publish them?
