EISeg V1.1.2多标注标注时区域重叠不好处理

• 我已经查询历史issue(包括open与closed)，没有发现相似的bug。I have searched the open and closed issues and found no similar bug report.

Bug描述 Describe the Bug

使用EISeg工具加载static_hrnet18_ocr64_cocolvis模型，采取左右键方式确定目标区域掩模。在标注第二个标签时，有一部分伸展到标签一区域了，而这一部分就变得不可清除，一点就变成了切换标签(不管是左键还是右键)，如何操作才能正常清除重叠区域？
要是能有个开关显示不在激活状态标签的功能，好像也能解决这个问题？
最好是自动去除已经标注过的部分，简单快速省事
