Write proper documentation explaning the use case and usage of the module.
All documentation must be in the repository as markdown file.

* Description the general technology stacks and links to how to work with powershell commands
* get help function using the powershell framework
* Examples for all commandlets 
* Guide to installation and where it gets installed to
