Hi,
Can you please help me with how we can input a genomic coordinate ( e.g., chr14; position1, position 2) in to your program. The explanation you gave in the "how-to guide" page for -NC_000001.11:+:5000, doesn't address the issue if we have 2 positions of interest. Here, the example only shows one position with respect to TSS.
