This is a great menu as I'm just starting with Semantic

I may have some time to make a pull request but just triaging things that would be helpful:

1. semantically, having a true
   • ... structure
   • submenus
   • flyouts for the submenu items when in browser screen
   • some motion animation, either sliding down or to one side, and similarly when in hamburger mode and clicking to expose a sub-menu

I'll go through some of my old menus and see what I could contribute in a PR
