v15+ PyPI package incorrectly bundle with libmvec #181
Description
PyPI packages of av starts to incorrectly bundle with av.libs/libmvec-2-*.so from version v15.0.0, which is a component of glibc and should not be included in distribution (System installed version should be)
This is normally not a problem, but in cases like bundling pyav in appimage, it can result in ImportError: libmvec-2-583a17db.28.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
