Shapefile (.shp) is not working --> Blank

I am unable to see anything (except for black screen) when I try to preview ESRI shapefile (.shp).

I tried changing windows to light mode, but it also didn't fixed.

Some users have suggested to revert back to 3.7 version and try installing the plugin, but unfortunately, this also failed.

Developers, I request you to update the .shp plugin ( I can see since 2019, its not been updated).

You can provide some example files (Shapefile (.shp)) for testing firstly.
