Don't hide preview window on Enter key press on a folder #1756

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When navigating folders with the keyboard in Explorer, and having Quicklook off to the side for example, pressing Enter on a folder closes QuickLook, requiring pressing space to open it again and lifting hands from keyboard to reposition the window again based on preference/current needs.

Describe the solution you'd like
When previewing a folder, QuickLook should stay open instead of closing on the Enter key press. On files this makes sense since the file will open, but on a folder it does not, since it's navigation within Explorer. In the same way the backspace key doesn't close QuickLook, nor does pressing space when selecting multiple files while holding ctrl. The same logic should apply in this case.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An option to remember the window position/size/etc would also help with this since pressing the spacebar would put QuickLook back where it was before it closed. However, some people do not prefer this, and so the issue would still exist for them. In this case I believe my solution is the most appropriate.
