ManyVids Bridge - Returns Empty Page (No Error) again

Hello, I just noticed that there is again a problem with the ManyVids Bridge and it only returns nothing. Seems we have the same problem as before I did post HERE in the past. Would be nice if you @subtle4553 could check this problem and fix the bridge to make it work again. Maybe a cookie issue again you have to add etc. I really would recommend adding a feature the user can optionally set request header parameters (partial or entire request) by themself to handle some of those issues quickly. Thanks you.

Yes, I've noticed the issue but I don't know how or if it can be fixed this time since they now require you to log in in order to see anything at all. Basically since they introduced proper age verification. But to be honest their entire login system is kind of broken now anyway. There are so many other problems. Depending on how, when, and if they get fixed it might change things again that the bridge would need to consider.

I think I'll first talk to the ManyVids support what their plan is and update any new information here and start on a fix as soon as it makes sense. Or does anyone here have another idea on how to tacke the current situation?

hello @subtle4553, thanks for your answer and checking the problem about MV. The problem is the area you visiting ManyVids from. Since a short while they changed their rules (many of them / total horror) even to visit them from specific locations you need to login first before you can visit them. If you try to use VPN with some euro IP's (France / UK etc) you get redirected to main page to enter login data first. If you use some US IP's (New York / L.A. etc) it will work without to login and you can check out the website as before too. Those new rule to limit specific area's to login first is such a bad and non -logical move. I do not expect that you will get any answers from MV support at all so they are doing what they want and they really messed up a lot.

So in case of accessing MV to grab the data for making the RSS bridge you have to call them from areas which are allowed to access MV like free visitors / users. So in this case you should call them from any US location or any other locations which are still allowed without to login. I didn't checked all possible locations yet. I don't know from which locations you guy's request the data from the websites (one & same location or different ones). Not sure whether you can set specific server locations for that task or not but if so then try to use some US one for that bridge. If this is not doable then I also don't know how to handle this extra login situation to bypass. What about creating a free account and using the login data / key / token for the cookie request header you can send with each time anyone used the MV RSS Bridge? Not sure about that so maybe you got an another better idea we could try.
