Close the 'open video queue' panel when clicking outside it instead of pausing video #571
Description
I keep accidentally pausing when trying to close the video queue panel because it behaves like a pop-over, so I assume that clicking outside the pop-over will close it. it'd be good to do that instead of pausing the video.
