New Responses API and GPT-5 Integration

First, thank you for your excellent work on the package! It's clean, well-documented, and a fantastic resource for Unity developers integrating with OpenAI's API.

I was wondering if there are any plans to integrate the new Responses API and support for GPT-5 in the near future? Based on the current documentation, I see robust support for various endpoints like the Assistants API, Chat API, and Realtime API, but I couldn't find details on the Responses API specifically. Additionally, with the anticipation around GPT-5, it would be great to know if there’s a roadmap for incorporating newer models as they become available.

Any insights or plans you could share regarding these features would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your hard work on this project!
