change the pageLength in datatable

first, thanks for your great work. :)

In all the examples, by default the datatable is initialized with page size of 10, this make sense but in my reports i need to change the size every time, is this possible to pass the different value to datatable?

For your question, yes
You'd need to add this into your html page,

$.slick_reporting.datatable.defaults = {
    datatableOptions: { // datatables options sent to its constructor.
        css_class: 'display'
         pageLength: 50
    }
};

.. which would reside in slick_reporting/base.html.
So and example would be

{% extends "base.html" %}

{% block extrajs %}
    {{ block.super }}
    {% include "slick_reporting/js_resources.html" %}
      <script>
        $.slick_reporting.datatable.defaults["pageLength"] = 100
          // more customization here
      </script>
{% endblock %}
