Top Level Issue: Migrate rhok.org existing look and feel (css, images, etc.)

There will be lower level issues attached under this one.

Once we have a running dev site we will be moving over css, images, icons, look and feel etc as much as possible to reproduce the look and feel of the existing site on the new website.
