due to the lack of desired macro-on-macro functionality:

- replaced global attribute labels with a single `attributes` label, eliminating boilerplate code
- now assign global attributes using their enum cases in `HTMLElementAttribute`
- moved extra attribute enums to a new `HTMLElementAttribute.Extra` enum
- PLUS: added inline event handling
