Remove all dependencies on modules

Currently HolyLib internally depends on other modules and on code across many files.
We don't want that, you should be able to delete any module & ivp.
This is because I've read a few times already that people do like some features of it, yet don't want the everything of it.
So the goal is to, in the end, also have a workflow that anyone can use to easily include/delete any modules they don't want and build their own HolyLib version to their preference.

We will also need a workflow to compile and test a HolyLib build for each module removed to ensure that even when they're removed, HolyLib remains stable.
