need to run IOS app in Terminated State

My functionality is to fetch data from bluetooth device every 10 minutes its working fine in android and coming to IOS just after swiping the app from recent apps background task stopped

i want to run it unless manually stopped

i dont think so its now possible because Apples Neural Chip do not easily pick the background task this much easily now
