Requests from Dr Raston:

• The vertical distance markers should begin and end at the left side of the movable corner cube mirror

• In the top right readouts box:

  • OPD should read OPD (cm)

  • Resolution should read Res. (cm-1) where -1 is in superscript

• In the monitor please insert spectrum so it will display background spectrum ready or sample spectrum ready

• I tried importing a saved file into another program and it wouldn't load. The fix is to remove all quotation marks. Could you please let me know when that is fixed (so when saving the file there should be no quotation marks, but everything else should be the same)?

• MenuBar change:

  • If it's not too much trouble, it would be nice if the MenuBar's submenu items were not indented and if the text for each item appears on a single line

• Experimental Setup change

  • I think we can leave both (and see what the reviewers think). It's probably best to label the the same (so maybe change the "drawer" label to "Experimental Setup"

• also also, y'all might have noticed this, but when collecting background and sample spectra using different parameters (eg resolution), the resulting transmission and absorbance spectra can appear wonky, so it might be best (safest) to only allow users to collect them both using the same parameters

For today (08/09/2023):

• Updated animation of balls in the sample compartment
  • Red balls dependent on the molecule exist. However, the number does not change based on the pressure
  • Blue balls dependnet on the medium exist.
