Final todo list:

• Make Plotly on Spectrum popup in Instrument Window utilize the full page
• Remove lower/upper bound parameters from the frontend and backend
• Absorbance not displaying correctly (plotly min-max)

• Mass look for console warning in browser devtools
• See if Find Peaks data is being cached
• Original Experimental Setup not collecting spectra correctly after moving to Instrument Window for animation. Works in DevMode.
• Null absorbance data in Open
• Add error message when canceling scan after animation start
• Remove console.log() statements
• Look over documentation again to make sure it is accurate
• Add toggle for if devmode is visible to constants file

Requests from Dr. Raston:

• set the minimum value of threshold to 0.01
• move find peaks from the measure menu to the window menu (below spectrum)
• after some thought I think it would be best to do away with the experimental setup drawer.
• remove "Collect Background Spectrum" and "Collect Sample Spectrum" buttons from the "Experimental Setup" window
• do not vary the position of the valves connecting to the sample cell ... leave them in their default position at all times (almost horizontal)
• the distance markers for the movable corner cube mirror should start and end at exactly the same position on the mirror
• the position of the laser and infrared beam varies depending on whether the mirror's moving right
