feat: Automatically restart Manager instead of informing the user to restart #2698

Description

Feature description

Many users don't understand how to force an Android app to restart, and they mistakenly think they have restarted by going to the home screen and reopening Manager (which doesn't restart anything).

This makes it difficult to troubleshoot users who are told to try pre-release patches, because sometimes they fail to properly restart Manager and are still using non pre-release patches.

Instead of showing a brief toast of "Restart the app to apply changes", Manager can show a restart dialog similar to ReVanced YouTube where it prompts to automatically restart. Or be even more idiot proof and show a "Restarting" toast and immediately restart.

Motivation

Keep things easier for users who don't understand how to actually restart an app.
