Where to download the actual ontology?

Hello together,

I just wanted to point out, that I had some problems finding the actual ontology as a file (ttl, xml, json).

The link "SHACL" on the Website seems to be broken: https://dev.realestatecore.io/resources/

I think I found it under: https://github.com/RealEstateCore/rec/blob/main/Source/SHACL/RealEstateCore/rec.ttl
But this is really hidden in my opinion. Or am I missing something?
