Raw Command Executor

Hey,

I have been thinking about a Raw Command executor to add admins for example on all or one server(s), it can also be used by other stuff that would be useful.

Very good suggestion. An RCON console was in the original plan for Refractor but was ultimately deferred to focus on more important features. Definitely something which could come in the future, though!
