Partial server configuration apply

There are cases where either:

• A recommendation might be off for some reason
• User is experimenting and his preference is to keep part of the configuration as it is
• User want to leave more impactful recommendations for a better time

My proposal is to either pin parameters so recommended changes are not applied or let the user select which parameters to implement. For my server below I would want to implement all changes except enabling the query cache, reducing the innodb redo log size.

@gabocic, thank you for your suggestions. Additionally, you can disable experiments with the Query Cache through the settings.
