Provide TurboVNC OSX bundle

OSX binary bundle is currently missing. Following pattern of linux installation, a similar bundle should be assembled under OSX.
Linux bundle has been extracted by a full spack installation  through the https://github.com/RemoteConnectionManager/RCM/blob/refactoring/build/tracehandler.py script
As first step, full java install can be used, ( big size) and manual assembly used.
